Lolox76 has been pushing "Artur Balder" on multiple Wikimedia projects. MoiraMoira and Tegel interfered, followed by crosswiki harassment/defamation (i.e. placing [http://cy.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Sgwrs%3AArtur_Balder&action=historysubmit&diff=1045132&oldid=937374 this text] on several projects, in which he falsely accuses MoiraMoira of vandalism, and since 3 August 2011 [http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Artur_Balder&diff=prev&oldid=92011647 this text], in which he - among other things - accuses two Dutch sysops of anti-semitism) and legal threats (I'm working on an overview of his wrongdoings [[:nl:Gebruiker:Mathonius/Lolox76\|here]]).
