... After realizing your version at [[:File:Llyfr Du Caerfyrddin.pdf]], I ran a comparison. My re-compression appears to provide a much better quality resolution when viewing pages, making it possible to usefully zoom in on the text. I suspect that when the NLW created their pdf from the original scans, they used default compression settings on their pdf creator, rather than going for maximum resolutions which was my preference.
