I'm almost done creating the buttons for the "[[wmf:Support/cy|Support Wikipedia]]" page, but Welsh is missing those messages. Only a few messages (11) are needed and they're pretty simple! I'm Claudi Balaguer, member of a Catalan association "Amical de la Viquipèdia" which is trying to become a Chapter but has seen this rejected because it doesn't belong to a/one state! Since you're Welsh you understand too well what it is to be a speaker of a minorized language.
