Cyfrifiad yr Unol Daleithiau, 1870 oedd nawfed Cyfrifiad yr Unol Daleithiau^[1]. Fe'i cynhaliwyd gan y Biwro Cyfrifiad ym mis Mehefin 1870, Cyfrifiad 1870 oedd y cyfrifiad cyntaf i ddarparu gwybodaeth fanwl am y boblogaeth ddu, dim ond ychydig flynyddoedd ar ôl diwedd y Rhyfel Cartref pan roddwyd rhyddid i gaethweision. Dywedwyd bod y boblogaeth yn 38,555,983 o unigolion, cynnydd o 22.62% ers Cyfrifiad 1860. Mae amcangyfrif poblogaeth Cyfrifiad 1870 yn ddadleuol, gan fod llawer o'r farn ei fod yn tangyfrif'r gwir rifau'r boblogaeth, yn enwedig yn Talaith Efrog Newydd a Pennsylvania.^[2]
