Disgrifiad I went for a 3-hour walk in the forest around our botanical garden today to try out my new toy (a GPS/GLONASS navigator), and was rewarded with a Ural Owl on my way back. I was walking along the bottom of a deep ravine - I love ravines, and apparently so did the owl. It was reluctant to leave the ravine and flew from tree to tree, so I was able to take several pictures.
