English: Heigham bridge A popular spot for having lunch or an ice cream, feeding the swans and ducks and watching the boats navigate this tricky low bridge. Although usually called Potter Heigham old bridge, the OS 1:25K and 1:50K maps correctly calls it Heigham Bridge (without the Potter). Potter Heigham Bridge is the new one to the north-east.
Also for the purists, I established with GPS that all of this south-west face except the buttress on the right is in this square, the north-east face is in TG4218. |
