This photo came from the Wurlitzer factory in 1927 to document the manufacture of the theatre organ now installed at the Paramount Theatre in Seattle, Washington. It was not documented as being copyrighted then, and was not ever renewed, making the image public domain in the United States.

This work is in the public domain because it was published in the United States between 1929 and 1963, and although there may or may not have been a copyright notice, the copyright was not renewed.
