Mae Dewi Emyr Humphreys, (ganwyd 6 Mawrth, 1947) yn gyfarwyddwr teledu Cymreig sydd wedi bod yn gyfrifol am gynhyrchu rhai o gyfresau comedi mwyaf eiconig y BBC, megis My Family, The Vicar of Dibley ac Absolutely Fabulous[1].

Ganwyd Humphreys yn Ysbyty Dewi Sant, Bangor yn fab i'r llenor Emyr Humphreys ac Elinor Myfanwy (née Jones) ei wraig. Mae'n frawd i'r gyfarwyddwr Siôn Humphreys
Ym 1982 priododd â Dina Fish, mae iddynt dwy ferch a mab. Bu'r mab Eitan ap Dewi Humphreys yn chware rygbi rhyngwladol fel mewnwr i dîm cenedlaethol Israel[2].

Cyn dod yn gyfarwyddwr bu Humphreys yn ŵr camera, gan weithio ar ffilmiau megis y ffilm James Bond For Your Eyes Only (1981), Chariots of Fire (1981), a enillodd 4 Oscar a The Dresser (1983)
