Just to point out that the sign shown in the photo is misleading. Highland Council erected these signs on its boundaries, but Highland council is a much smaller area than the Scottish Highlands.--MacRusgail (sgwrs) 16:33, 26 Medi 2013 (UTC)

Thanks for pointing this out (and for adding Gaelic place names today). Yes, it is confusing. We have the same problem in reverse in north Wales with the Snowdonia National Park being confused with Eryri (Snowdonia) itself, which actually only makes up only about a third of the park's area (and yet 'en:' insists on using the category 'Snowdonia' for the national park!).
