Question about mutation, where it currently says: "Dyma ganolfan ddiwydiannol a diwylliannol mwyaf Croatia"

What are the rules about multiple adjectives with a feminine noun? Does only the first one get a soft mutation, or all of them? So should it say "ddiwylliannol" and "fwyaf", and if so, what if instead of "diwylliannol" was a word that gets an aspirate mutation after "a" - which mutation would take priority? Thanks.
