golyguIf I remember correctly, Ieuan Wyn Jones stopped being President of Plaid Cymru after disappointing election results in 2003, and Dafydd Iwan was elected President. Ieuan Wyn Jones was re-elected as Leader of Plaid Cymru in the Assembly, and it was decided to make the leader in the Assembly the overall leader of the party. Paul-L 19:33, 10 Ebrill 2010 (UTC)
I've been reading about this, and it appears that the party changed to having the Assembly leader being the overall leader in 2006, and Dafydd Iwan was the actual party leader from 2003-2006. Paul-L 00:17, 11 Ebrill 2010 (UTC)
