Hello Everyone,

The qualifications required in order to vote have been changed. Formerly, it was "400 in total prior to 00:00 May 30, 2005 (UTC)", but it is now "at least 400 edits prior to 00:00 May 30, 2005 (UTC) on the Wikimedia project from which you cast your vote."

This change had been suggested by the Board (see Wikimedia:Meetings/June_7,_2005) to help us to avoid errors and the possibility of fraudulent votes.
