English: Dan-Yr-Ogof Show Caves - Bone Cave. This is the long covered walk way that leads to Bone Cave. This was the first cave to be discovered in the complex that now extends for miles beneath the welsh mountainside, including three show caves. Known as Bone Cave (or Ogof Yr Esgyrn in Welsh) bones have been discovered from prehistoric times in the cave. Today, the smallest of the three caves that can be visited at the centre, a covered path allows visitors to see the stuffed bears, wolves and other animals that have been placed in the cave for atmosphere! |
