Sorry I'll say this in English just to save some time. The results for the youth category in 2005 are rather suspicious: in all 5 races there is exactly the same lineup each time: gold Rhys Kerr, silver Osian Meilyr, bronze Michael Webb. Although this is possible, it seems rather unlikely. I rather have the impression that some text was copied and pasted with the intention of editing it, and then not edited. I've found his date of birth, 6 June 1989, here. And the championships seem to occur in the late summer / autumn. So in 2004 he would have been 15 and in 2005 he would have been 16. This must mean that the 16s-18s category in 2004 and the under-16s in 2005 are both wrong. Luke 11:02, 27 Ionawr 2010 (UTC)

Competitors are permitted to ride up an age category, but not down. ie. if they are 15 they can compete in both under 18 and under 16 competitions if they wish. Ages are also takes as of 31 December, riders remain in the same category until 1 January the following year when they move up a category, hence 16 year olds ride in under 16 events during the year in which they turned 16.
