I have now looked at it with Google Translate, and although some parts of it are still rather incomprehensible to me, there is enough evidence that it is some kind of bizarre anti-English rant, like you are parodying the poetry that an Englishman would write (I don't know whether to wish that I understood the poem or to be glad that I don't). "We appeal to people of understanding and peace, and we would like to explain that we have chosen simply to demonstrate the kind of tedious nonsense can rely on the English to produce, and their inability to realize that we've all heard the old 'jokes 'sheep around a thousand times by now."
