I checkusered him, and there were some other people who had vandalized here previously on his IP address and were blocked. I was somewhat unsure of how to handle the situation (I am a new steward, just elected about a month ago). Since it was very late at night in Wales, I did not think that there would be any local administrators on. This person took the local account name of a different user who did not enable a [[m:SUL|global account]], so I was unable to simply lock his account. I'm not entirely sure if you were saying that I was correct or incorrect to block him, but if it is the latter, I apologize. [[Defnyddiwr:J.delanoy|J.delanoy]] 15:52, 27 Mawrth 2010 (UTC)
