Roedd Mahalia Jackson (play  /məˈhljə / mə-HAYL-yə; 26 Hydref 1911[1]27 Ionawr 1972) yn gantores gospel Americanaidd gyda llais pwerus contralto.[2] Roedd rhai yn ei galw hi "Y Frenhines Gospel".[1][3][4] Roedd hi'n un o'r cantorion gospel mwyaf dylanwadol, a phoblogaidd fel cantores ac ymgyrchwr hawliau sifil.
