What en: does in these cases is to designate one of them as the primary page, and put a link to the disambig page there. So for example there's en:Cambridge which is about Caergrawnt, but links to the page en:Cambridge (disambiguation). Marnanel 01:36, 13 Mai 2004 (UTC)
