The Welsh books tell me that he jointly started two colleges: fr:Collège anglais de Douai and it:Venerabile Collegio Inglese, while both these articles in English give credit to William Allen. Owen Lewis came from a little village near me, Llangadwaladr, and his mother tongue was Welsh. I would be really thrilled if you could put him on the world stage of Wikipedia! Diolch!
