Yng Ngorffennaf 2016, daeth Middleton i gysylltiad â James Matthews, cyn yrrwr rasio proffesiynol, sydd bellach yn rheolwr hedge fund a dyn ariannog iawn. Priododd y cwpwl ar 20 Mai 2017 yn Eglwys Sant Marc, yn Ystad Englefield, Berkshire, ger Bucklebury Manor, cartref y teulu Middleton.[12]
Daeth James Matthews yn fasnachwr yn Ninas Llundain yn 1995 ac yn 2001 roedd yn gyd-sylfaenydd Eden Rock Capital Management (a enwyd ar ôl gwesty Eden Rock ei dad ar ynys St Barts), y mae bellach yn Brif Weithredwr arno. Ei dad yw David Matthews, Laird of Glen Affric, ystad 10,000 erw yn yr Alban.[13][14][15][16]
