Tref Rhodes (Groeg: Ρόδος, Ródos, Nodyn:IPA-el) yw prifddinas ynys Rhodes yn y Dodecanese, gwlad Groeg. Mae ganddo boblogaeth o tua 100,000. Mae'n enwog ers canrifoedd fel safle Rhodes has been famous since antiquity as the site of Colossus Rhodes, un o saith Rhyfeddod y Byd.
